The Solution:
Event Design, Video, Lighting, Sound, Staging & Technical Production
We took inspiration from the colour scheme and rendered our design in 3D so the client could visualise the finished result. The set was 33m long with twin screens to showcase the charity’s bespoke visual content; we also provided all the sound and lighting equipment for the venue and production support on the night, with our expert technicians on hand to ensure everything went exactly to plan.
The Brief:
To design and produce two separate events, The Halloween and Snowman Spectacular Ball for 350 guests at Brighton's Grand Hotel for the Martlet’s Hospice and Chestnut Tree House Charities, incorporating multi-tiered stage designs, full technical production and a performance by Fat Boy Slim.
