The Solution:
With 500 delegates in the vast Oaks Hall, we installed a d&b audiotechnik sound system with delay speakers running down the hall, 16 ways of Sennheiser digital radio microphones and headsets, a floating AllWhite projection screen with 75-inch side screens, and a blue-carpeted stage lit with retro luminaires, Astera Titan Tubes and moving heads. We also provided PTZ live cameras, vision switching and a full technical crew to run the day.
The Brief:
TotalEnergies Gas & Power brought 500 employees together for an internal company meeting in the Oaks Hall at Epsom Racecourse. The day mixed presentations, video, a seated panel and staff Q&A, with fast content and stage changeovers throughout. We were asked to provide audio, video, lighting, staging and full technical production.
