Our Event Production Process
The Brief
It's really simple. You tell us what you have in mind, which might be anything from concepts to event production. On the other hand, you may just want to hire equipment.
Design
If concepts are part of your brief, we will sketch up our ideas. Once a preferred creative route is agreed we will focus on the logistics of bringing your vision to life.
Quotes
When we've clarified the brief, and a creative route to meet your budget, we'll give you a quote. If you want to go ahead, we can sign a contract and start.
Pre-production
Planning and logistics are a big part of any Reveries event. We work with you to set a clear timeline, making sure technicians are booked and nothing is left to chance.
Build & Delivery
Our skilled set builders will transform your venue, constructing the stage, setting up lights, checking sound and adding those all important styling touches.
Breakdown
We come to dismantle the set and take everything away, leaving the venue exactly as we found it – clean and tidy.
